Participant Application

Move United   Waivers

Required - Participants must provide the medical release form (application page 3) completed and signed by a doctor

before going out on the snow. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!    

Payment by credit card, cash, or check

     2026  Volunteer Requirements
Complete the Volunteer Application and the following items:​

  1. Greek Peak Mountain Resort  Policy Insights (sign p.1)

  2. Move United USA Waiver and Release of Liability (sign p.2 and p.3)

  3. Policy on Verbal Interactions (sign p.4)

  4. Policy on Physical Contact (sign p.4)

  5. Policy on Interactions Outside of Regularly Scheduled Business Activities (sign p.5)

  6. Policy on Electronic Communication (sign p.4)

  7. Acknowledgement of Policy on Recognizing Signs of Abuse or Molestation (sign p.3)

  8. Season Pass Application (if applicable)
     

You must be on the GPAS email list to receive forms #3-8. 

Copies of all forms will be available at pre-season meeting and trainings.

Volunteers are also required to complete the following trainings:

  9. Special Olympics Training (in person pre-season or in advance online)

  10. ACL Awareness Training (in person pre-season)

  11. Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (in person pre-season)
